1. The Voice Covenant

Acceptance of Terms

By using our Site, purchasing our products, or engaging with our services, you acknowledge that you've read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you don't agree, we kindly ask that you discontinue use of our services.

Eligibility

Our services are available to individuals 13 years and older. Users under 18 must have parental consent. For voice coaching services involving minors, a parent or guardian must be present during sessions.

Service Delivery

Virtual sessions are conducted via secure video conferencing platforms. Technical requirements and session guidelines will be provided upon booking.

3. Investment in Your Voice

Pricing & Payment

All prices are displayed in USD and are subject to change with 30 days notice

Payment is required at time of booking unless alternative arrangements are made

We accept major credit cards handled by Stripe our payment processor

Recurring subscriptions will auto-renew unless cancelled 24 hours before renewal

Refund Harmony

Digital Products: Due to the immediate access nature of digital content, all sales are final once downloaded.

Coaching Sessions:

Cancellations made 48+ hours in advance: Full refund or rescheduling

Cancellations made less than 48 hours: 50% refund or rescheduling fee

No-shows: No refund, but one complimentary rescheduling opportunity

Course Programs: Refunds available within 7 days of purchase if less than 25% of content has been accessed.

Client Commitments

You agree to:

Provide accurate information for effective coaching

Maintain a respectful learning environment

Follow vocal health recommendations

Respect intellectual property rights

Not record sessions without explicit permission

Vocal Health Disclaimer

Voice coaching involves physical activity. You should consult healthcare providers if you have vocal injuries, medical conditions, or concerns. We are not medical professionals and cannot diagnose or treat vocal disorders.

5. Creative Protection

Intellectual Property

All content, materials, courses, and methodologies are our proprietary intellectual property or used with permission. You may not:

Redistribute, sell, or share our content

Record or reproduce coaching sessions

Use our materials for commercial purposes without written consent

User Content

Any feedback, testimonials, or content you provide may be used for marketing purposes unless you specify otherwise.

6. Digital Boundaries

Account Security

You're responsible for maintaining account confidentiality and all activities under your account.

Prohibited Uses

Harassment or inappropriate behavior toward instructors or other users

Sharing account access or login credentials

Attempting to breach security or interfere with site functionality

Using services for illegal or unauthorized purposes

7. Limitation & Liberation

Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for services. We cannot guarantee specific vocal outcomes, as progress depends on individual factors, practice, and commitment.

Professional Boundaries

Our coaching relationship is strictly professional. We maintain appropriate boundaries and reserve the right to terminate services if boundaries are violated.

8. Terms Evolution

We may update these Terms periodically. Significant changes will be communicated via email or site notification. Continued use constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.

9. Resolution & Harmony

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by State of Arizona law.

Dispute Resolution

We encourage direct communication to resolve any concerns. If formal resolution is needed, disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration.
